I am in a photo featured on Pferd images and am not happy with its usage. What can I do?
All images on Pferd Images were taken either at public events or on public land, therefore under UK law we are able to use and sell the images on the site. We do though take great pride in protecting our photo subjects. With the exception of ‘named riders’ we limit the ability to identify any individual in a photo. We also have strict usage terms preventing the images from being used in any way that may be considered misleading, offensive or derogatory. If you have any questions about any photos you are featured in, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss with you.
